Kings for a day...

Most of the day spent photographing eiders with special emphasis on capturing King & Steller's in fight. The ID Mark IV is absolutely awesome at locking on and holding focus for BIF shots, but photographing hand held in a pitching boat and getting sharp pix remains just as tough!

Could certainly never guess you were in a pitching boat, for as per usual, these images are outstanding and you must feel great joy in sharing them, they are certainly delightful to view over and over again~

Hugh

Looks like you had a productive visit that produced some wonderful images. I am crossing off the days now until my visit up there in June :)
